共创未来⊙李继香
打开乌雪8新村大门
龙邦新村、吉粦新村、新古毛新村、叻思新村、峇东加里新村、乌鲁音南马新村、乌鲁音 峇鲁新村（又称葛尼新村）、双文丹新村，乌鲁雪兰莪县有 8个华人新村，是雪州最多新村的一个地方政府。
雪州民联执政之后，新村政策变化最大，其中一项成就，就是完成雪州华人新村的地契转换程序，让华人村民安居乐业。
此外，雪州民联政府，不但制度化新村拨款，更比前朝政府大幅增加9倍的拨款，改善华人新村建设，新村人民从中受惠不浅。 2008年大选之前，雪州国阵政府对新村的博客只有区区20万令吉， 308后雪州民联政府上台执政，每一年拨款给州内新村都超过500万令吉之巨。
是的，在硬体建设方面，我们能做的都做了；在精神建设方面，我们一面推展书香传新村，一面推广青少年活动，努力改变雪州新村的精神面貌。
至关键是，如何推动新村的社会经济，如何改善新村人民生活，打造一个活力新村社区。
我觉得，新村美食旅游，未来大有可为。适耕庄、丹绒士拔、班达马兰便是借镜。乌鲁音南马新村的 卤面、峇东加里新村的闽南传统糖品麻蓼， 都有这方面的潜在商机。
我已经安排一个小组，专门探讨乌雪各地的美食，然后先制作一份乌雪新村美食地图，帮忙推动乌雪地区的美食旅游。
由此延伸，新古毛观音阁、岳山古庙，龙邦古庙，可介绍神庙旅游；吉粦新村亦可突出生态旅游；峇冬加里、新古毛、叻思新村也可带动历史旅游。
只要你打开新村大门，没有什么是不可能的。乌雪华人新村60年一路走来，合该是时候求新求变了。
是的，让我们一起来，让乌雪新村动起来。集思广益，群策群力。为了乌雪新村的未来，也为了乌雪新村孩子的未来。
与此同时，1980年代，乌雪县议会把所有8个华人新村易名，龙邦新村改称Kampung
Sejantung，峇东加里新村改名Kampung Bukit Chandang，吉粦村名亦已改名Kampung
Air Panas，新古毛新村改名Kampung Assam Kumbang，新村改名为Kampung
Chuang，双文丹新村改名为Kampung Damai，乌鲁音南马新村改名Kampung
Stesyen，乌鲁音峇鲁新村更早以前已易名Kampung Gurney。虽然如此，一般村民仍惯称新村原名，比如新古毛老村民，很少会称作自己的新村为亚三古邦，就如龙邦老村民也不习惯叫舍江栋新村。
我们已经向掌管雪州新村发展委员会的欧阳捍华提出我们的意见，希望乌雪新村能正本清源，即使官方马来名称无法恢复旧名，至少中文村名应该延续旧称。相信不久之后，雪州民联政府会给我们带来好消息。

A site visit has revealed that a building meant to be the Hulu Langat MCA division headquarters now stands on state land that was allegedly leased to the party at RM1 per square foot (psf).
Serdang MP Teo Nie Ching (right), who led the visit along with local councillor Lee Kee Hiong today, said in comparison, the value of commercial land in Kajang town where the building is located is RM150psf.
“For the other political parties like DAP, PAS, or PKR, we need to purchase land or building for our party premises at market value. How can MCA get the land at such a discounted price?
“This type of discounted price is not available to any NGO or any other type of organisation in Malaysia, but only to Umno, Gerakan, MCA, and MIC,” she said.

The 6,900sq-ft plot is one of 24 plots of state land that Selangor Select Committee on Land and District Offices chairperson Ng Suee Lim alleged were bought or leased by BN component parties at RM1psf during the period of its rule.
Five of these plots went to MCA, of which the largest is a 34,848sq-ft plot in Kuala Selangor.
State MCA and Umno leaders have previously claimed that the lands were bought cheaply for community purposes only, such as community halls and kindergartens.
Lee (left) said the MCA divisional building does not have Kajang Municipal Council’s (MPKj) approval because it encroaches on river reserve land and three stop-work orders issued since 2009 went unheeded.
However, she said, the federal government acquired the land for the MRT project on Feb 10, before legal action could be taken, and construction has since stopped.
“Since the building is not approved by MPKj, it should not get any compensation (from the federal government),” she said.
Teo challenged MCA to reveal the compensation it was paid for the land acquisition, which she said would be at market value.
‘Return the compensation to the people’
“They should return it (the compensation) to the people because they got the land at such a cheap price.
“The land is supposed to be used by the rakyat, not by political parties. If you want to build your party building, please buy the land at market value,” Teo said.
For comparison, Lee pointed out that MPKj will be claiming RM16 million from the Federal Land Commission for the 1.584 acres 69,000sq-ft municipal council land across the road, which is also being acquired for the MRT project.
Five of these plots went to MCA, of which the largest is a 34,848sq-ft plot in Kuala Selangor.

During the press conference outside the hall, Teo also displayed land search documents showing that the land in question was registered to three persons, whom Teo said were holding it in trust for MCA.
The documents list Hulu Langat MCA division as the address for the three persons, and says that it is a commercial land on a 99-year lease from Aug 24, 2004.At the time of the visit, MCA’s flag was flying on top of the white derelict building, flanked by BN flags and the Jalur Gemilang.
A sign posted on the site says the construction project is for a three-storey office building, and names MCA Hulu Langat division as project owner.

When contacted, one of the trustees, Choong Tow Chong, explained that MCA has had a branch at the site for 40 or 50 years.
He added that MCA also had a temporary occupancy licence for the land, and later applied for the land in accordance with state government’s procedures.
“That MCA branch had been nicknamed 'riverside party branch'. Just ask the people of Kajang, they will know,” he said.
Asked about the low price for the land, Choong said he was not aware of it.
“Let’s not talk about money; money hurts friendships,” he said, using the Chinese idiom, and insisted that the lease was above board.
“Whatever price the government gives, we’d just pay.”

前朝雪州政府贱卖24片地给国阵成员党争议延烧，继揭发格拉纳再也的贱卖地已兴建私人公寓后，民主行动党今日再到另一片土地巡查，踢爆马华已经在这块位于加影市区的土地，兴建一座党所。
行动党沙登区国会议员张念群联同加影市议员李继香与乌影县属新村事务协调官陈国保，找上这块位于加影士毛月路的6900平方尺商业地段，赫然发现这片地已经兴建了一座3层楼高的大楼。
不过，根据观察，这座白色大楼尚未百分百建竣，也还没正式启用。根据张念群，马华原本计划把这座楼当作乌冷区会党所，但在大楼建成后，中央政府却征用这片土地来兴建捷运工程。

为庆祝民主行动党成立46周年兼乌雪行动党成立两周年，乌雪民主行动党各支部在10月27日（星期六）晚上7点假乌鲁音南马盖篮球场举办一场题为“你们的未来，我们的承诺”团结晚宴。
当晚演讲嘉宾有民主行动党名嘴丘光耀博士，八打灵再也北区国会议员潘俭伟，甘榜东姑州议员刘永山、彭亨州议员梁金福、乌雪行动党主席庄文来以及加影市议员李继香。
晚宴筹委会主席庄文来感谢乌雪人民对民联和行动党的支持，并承诺将会在来届大选协助民联攻取乌雪一国三州这四个议席，以巩固雪州民联政府，同时协助民联执政中央。
筹委会顾问李继香表示，民主行动党自1966年3月18日成立至今有46年。行动党致力于追求民族平等、社会正义及经济公正，为落实马来西亚人的马来西亚宏图及目标勇敢前进。
她说，在这46年的奋斗中，有赖于每个热爱民主、自由、公平和公正的马来西亚人的支持。行动党如果没有群众的支持，肯定无法走到今天，成为雪兰莪、霹雳（过后被国阵用肮脏手段夺权）和槟城民联政府的重要骨干。
潘俭伟抨击国阵政府挥霍无度、黑箱作业，把政府大型合约颁给朋党公司，造成政府财政赤字，年年必须举债治国。
彭亨州直凉州议员梁金福希望呼吁乌雪的选民和民联站在一起，协助彭亨州人民一起反公害，保卫家园免受莱纳斯稀土厂和劳勿山埃采金厂污染。
刘永山说：“根据我们的预计，由于国阵这次将会倾巢而出，不惜一切代价夺回雪州政权，因此今年的开销预算肯定比去年更高。因此我们希望选民能够大力支持民联。”
他也说，来届大选对选民最重要的不是政府派多少钱给选民，而是我们要留给后代一个怎样的马来西亚？
行动党名嘴丘光耀博士则以风趣的栋笃笑演讲告诉大家不要以为国阵派钱就把手上神圣的一票投给国阵。
他说：“人民应该当家做主，壮大民联，取代国阵，让国家能够重生，子孙才能有更美好的明天。”
这次宴会一共现场筹获2600令吉，以作为乌雪行动党来届大选的部分经费。

bersama ahli-ahli majlis DAP Selangor pada 23 Mei 2012 di Kuala Lumpur
Kami,
ahli-ahli majlis DAP di PBT Selangor, memandang serious keputusan-keputusan
yang dibuat oleh Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur terhadap beberapa perkara yang
berlaku baru-baru ini yang telah menjejaskan imej dan keyakinan pembayar cukai
taksiran terhadap fungsi dan tugas kerajaan tempatan:
1. Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur gagal
mengambil tindakan tegas terhadap mereka yang sengaja mengubah bentuk jalan di
bawah penyelenggaraan DBKL dan mendirikan gerai burger di hadapan rumah Datuk S
Ambiga - ini boleh disifatkan sebagai kelalaian dalam tugas.
2. Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur tidak
membenarkan orang ramai berkumpul di Dataran Merdeka untuk sama-sama
menyuarakan tuntutan pilihnraya yang adil dan bersih, dan secara langsung telah
menukarkan sesuatu yang “lawful” dan tindakan “patriotic” dijadikan “unlawful”.
Terdapat
spekulasi mengatakan bahawa jika jawatan Datuk Bandar DBKL ini adalah dipilih
oleh rakyat dan bukan dilantik oleh kerajaan BN, maka Dataran Merdeka
sememangnya akan dibuka untuk perhimpunan aman Bersih3.0 pada 28 April 2012.
Maka ini merupakan sebab yang sahih supaya dipulihkan pilihan raya kerajaan
tempatan termasuk di Kuala Lumpur , Putrajaya dan
Labuan .
Akibat dari
menolak permohonan Bersih 3.0 untuk menggunakan Dataran Merdeka pada 28hb April
lepas, Datuk Bandar telah secara langsung menjadikan satu peristiwa yang aman
dan pro-democracy bertukar menjadi "haram dan tidak aman".
Ini amat
berbeza daripada apa yang berlaku di Pulau Pinang .
YDP MPPP telah membenarkan Padang Kota digunakan oleh orang ramai untuk
berhimpun secara aman pada 28hb April. Setelah selesai event berkenaan, para
hadirin malah sempat dipesan oleh penganjur supaya sama-sama membersihkan padang

mendapati keputusan-keputusan yang dibuat oleh Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur bukan
sahaja tidak menyelesaikan masalah malahan merumitkan keadaan, dan secara
terang-terang bertentang dengan kehendak rakyat warga kota
Maka kami menggesa supaya Datuk Bandar Kuala
Lumpur meletak jawatan dengan segera. Kami juga menyeru kerajaan BN supaya
meminda Akta Kerajaan Tempatan 1976 bagi membolehkan Pilihan Raya Tempatan
dipulihkan, bermula dengan pilihanraya di DBKL supaya rakyat ibu kota sempat
memilih Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur yang benar-benar mewakili hasrat mereka.

有人说“赏罚不公才退党”!
在报章看到有人说“赏罚不公才退党”。原来奖赏对某些人是那么重要，这种人可以没有理念、没有原则、没有立场，但不能没有奖赏。
行动党46年了，很多同志都在不同的时期加入行动党。我相信大多数的同志都跟我一样，从来没想过行动党会给我们什么样的奖赏或官职。我们是为了政治理念而入党，而且愿意为党付出和作出牺牲。
回想林冠英出狱后，行动党也没奖赏过他什么，他还是默默承受出牢后的一无所有，继续为党付出。再看丘光耀愿意以普通党员的身份，南上北下和飞到东马演讲，他也没有要求行动党奖赏他。
我们还有许多行动党的党员真心付出和不计较得与失，是这些党员让行动党壮大。

在行动党加影市议员李继香报警后，雪州反对党领袖基尔的非正式网站“雪州反对党”今日马上发表澄清声明，强调该网站上引起争议的文章，并非出自该网站的手笔。
该网站在一篇澄清声明中说，之前题为〈李继香是雪州行动党真正的坏人 〉（Lee Kee Hiong Penjahat Sebenar Dalam DAP Selangor） 的文章，其实是转自另一个亲巫统的网站“雪州日报”（Selangor Daily）。
澄清声明说，“雪州反对党”网站对于任何针对它的指责，包括李继香对它的指责，都不会负上任何责任，因为该篇文章只是转载自“雪州日报”网站。
